Membership

	The AFCA's current by-laws recognizes two types of members: to qualify for a regular membership one must be a lawyer, civil-law notary, tax-advisor, accountant or a legal entities, established in Aruba, which is licensed by the Ministry Of Economic Affairs to be active in the financial sector. Extraordinary members are those individuals who are employed by or associated with a regular member.
